1. Select your product
The simplest way to find ideas for your wedding favours or decoration for your special day is to browse through our online catalogue by category using the menu on the left of the screen.
After selecting the favours or decoration that you wish to purchase, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
If you have selected favours, the next step is to select the required fields define the product type, the favour colour, the colour of your favour labels and the favour label text and enter your names and wedding date. When you have made your selection, click on the “Submit” button.
Your product is now added to the shopping cart. You can change the quantity of the product in the cart and if you have any Gift Certificates or Coupon Codes, you may enter them at this time. You may only enter one Gift Certificate and one Coupon Code per order.
Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
2. The checkout
Before proceeding to the checkout, you need to identify yourself. If you have previously registered with us, you may enter your e-mail address and password to open a new session on our website. If you have not registered with us, you should now create your French Favors account to continue the purchase process.
Once you have created account, the first step of the checkout process is to enter your billing address, which will calculate rates based on the package destination and the items in your shopping cart. If the shipping address if it is different from the billing address, check the “No” button, fill in the shipping details and click on the “Submit” button.
The following page summarises your order and your billing and shipping addresses. Here, you can modify the addresses, the cart contents and leave a comment for the French Favors staff. Finally, click on the “Proceed to payment” button.
3. Payment
Our online system allows payment by:
* Visa or MasterCard using the SSL secure online shopping basket. Your purchase is a direct transaction between you and 2Checkout. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 2Checkout. Please ensure that your credit card does not have a "country block" on it.
* Paypal using your Paypal account.
* French Euro cheque payable to French Favors, 16 rue la Bellone 34140 Mèze, France.
* French Euro bank mandate to French Favors, 16 rue la Bellone 34140 Mèze, France.
* Bank transfer to French Favors. We will supply the necessary bank details once you have placed your order
4. Receipt and order processing
After submitting your payment information, you will be taken to an order confirmation page. This page will contain important order information, including your order number. You should print this page for your records. If you have any questions or wish to check the status of your order, you will need this order number.
